Our key goal is bringing tech to towns and villages, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to benefit from what information, communication and technologies are offering regardless of where they live. Living in major cities is attractive, but also living in towns should not be the reason why opportunities are unreachable. Hence, why we have decided to host a team for the Technovation Challenge.

If you do not already know what the Technovation Challenge is about, just read on. Sometimes last year there was an uproar in the media about a team of teenage Nigerian girls who made it to the finals and travelled to the USA for this event, then they won the Gold medal at the 2018 edition of the global challenge in Silicon Valley (USA).

It takes just one human to lead change..but it takes everyone of us to be the change we want to see in the world! – M.

Technovation is a global tech education nonprofit that empowers girls and families to become leaders, creators and problem-solvers. They offer two programs – Technovation Girls and Technovation Families â€“ which bring kids and adults together to solve big problems in their communities.

Every year, Technovation invites teams of girls from all over the world to learn and apply the skills needed to solve real-world problems through technology. Technovation Girls is a free technology-based program for girls ages 10 – 18.
